Create a bot from your business information, review knowledge imported from public website pages or supported text files, and test its answers before connecting it. It answers customers 24/7 on WhatsApp and your website from one bot; Instagram and Messenger DMs for approved accounts while Meta reviews the permissions. It captures and qualifies leads: anyone who leaves a phone number or email lands in the CRM automatically. It books appointments into your business diary, directly or only after your approval, as you choose.
